Put the Bread into a bowl and cover it with cold water. Soak for 5 seconds, and then drain the bread, squeezing out the moisture
Set aside a quarter of Apple and along with Oil, puree the mixture until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the vinegar and measured water with cinnamon powder
Taste, Cover closely and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Serve the soup very cold in chilled bowls
