In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee will be percentage of the total estimated expenses and will be on a sliding scale as follows: For Individual Bookings:
Period Prior to Expected Arrival / Cancellation Fee:
Within 45 days - 30%
Within 30 days - 50%
Within 20 days - 70%
Within 10 days - No Show
Date Change - No Show
For Group Bookings: Period Prior to Expected Arrival / Cancellation Fee:
Within 45 days - 30%
Within 35 days - 50%
Within 30 days - No Show
Date Change - No Show

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee will be percentage of the total estimated expenses and will be on a sliding scale as follows:

Within 40 days - 35%
Within 39 to 30 days - 50%
Within 29 to 20 days - 65%
Within 19 to 15 days - No Show

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee will be percentage of the total estimated expenses and will be on a sliding scale as follows:
Period Prior to Expected Arrival / Cancellation Fee:
Within 30 days - 35%
Within 29 to 20 days - 50%
Within 19 to 15 days - 65%
Less than 14 days - No Show
Date change will be considered as no show in peak time.

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee will be percentage of the total estimated expenses and will be on a sliding scale as follows: For Individual Bookings:

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee will be percentage of the total estimated expenses and will be on a sliding scale as follows:
Period Prior to Expected Arrival / Cancellation Fee:
Within 45 days - 50%
Within 30 days - 75%
No show after 29 days - 100%
Date change will be considered as no show.
Refund Policy:
When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund right away. The processing will take between 2-4 weeks until the whole amount shows back on your credit card statement. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees. For more details see cancellation policy above. To initiate a refund, please write to us at reservations@abchapriretreats.in and quote the subject line as: "Refund Request - Res. No. ..........".
All refund requests without reservations no. shall not be considered.
In case a reservation that you make is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit card and release the whole amount that was held on it immediately. Now after we do this, it will still take a maximum of 2-4 weeks for the bank to process this and for the money to show back on your credit card.
