Days 1–2, Srinagar – Dal Lake & Old Town: Arrive in Srinagar and transfer to the elegant Sukoon Houseboat for two nights. Settle in and enjoy the evening with local Kashmiri music and high tea, as you savour the tranquil views of Dal Lake and the surrounding mountains from the deck. The following day, explore Srinagar’s historic old town on foot, followed by a Shikara ride across Dal Lake’s shimmering backwaters, gliding past floating gardens and traditional houseboats.
Day 3, Qayaam Gah – Hills & Local Experiences: A short transfer brings you to Qayaam Gah, your mountain sanctuary for two nights. During your stay, embark on a guided day trek in the surrounding hills, complete with a scenic picnic and a meal in the home of a local family.
Day 4, Srinagar Craft & Culture: Enjoy a guided visit to a Pashmina weaving village in Srinagar, where you can witness the intricate process of dyeing, colouring, washing, and hand-finishing the famed Kashmiri shawls. Lunch will be served in the home of a local artisan family, offering an authentic cultural experience. In the afternoon, explore the exquisite Mughal Gardens of Nishat and Shalimar, with their terraced lawns, cascading fountains, and panoramic views.
Day 5, Travel to Kerala: Fly from Srinagar to Mangalore (via Delhi or Mumbai and transfer to Neeleshwar Hermitage on Kerala’s Malabar Coast. Accommodation: Neeleshwar Hermitage (3 nights).
Days 6–7, Neeleshwar – Relaxation & Rejuvenation: Unwind with Ayurvedic treatments, yoga, and leisurely beach walks. Optional excursions include visits to local temples, traditional fishing villages, or spice farms. Evenings are for reflection, fresh seafood, and ocean sunsets.
