Ingredients
Fish(king fish) 250gms
Ginger 5gms
Turmeric powder 3gms
Coconut milk 50ml
Chopped onion 100gms
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves 5gms
3.Oil (for grilling) as required
For herbed grilled potatoes
Peeled and diced potatoes 3nos
Oregano 2gms
Garlic (finely coped) 5gms
Lemon juice half of a lemon
Salt to taste
Method
Finely chop fish.
Mix the second mentioned ingredients together, apply it on fish and shape it with hand.
Grill the fish over medium heat and place it on the top of herbal grilled potatoes.
Serve hot with basil pesto.
